It’s about that time of year again. The air is cooler, the leaves are changing color, and Halloween is over. That means it’s time to start thinking about Christmas. To some people this is a stressful time of year. Thinking about all the planning, decorating, and gifting. But for me, I really enjoy the Christmas season. Yeah, I know Thanksgiving is first. And I love Thanksgiving as well, but I also love to shop for people. I love thinking about that perfect gift for that special person. The gift they will actually enjoy, will bring a smile to their face and one they won’t want to regift. So this year, I thought I’d put together a super easy tool for you guys. Here is my 2017 Holiday Essential Oil Gift Giving Guide. There are actually two of them. One for gifts over $20 (this one) and one for gifts under $20 (found here).
Picking out Holiday gifts can be one of the most stressful parts of the season for many. What would they like? How much should I spend? How much can I afford to spend? I think it’s unfortunate that these worries can make the Holidays stressful for so many. I want to try and make this task easier for you.
There are so many gift options when it comes to essential oils. Whether it’s for the current oil lover in your life or someone you think should be an oil lover, there are so many options for you. Here are a few of my favorite items in each category along with their prices. Super easy!
Here are the gifts over $20. The Young Living products listed are shown at the wholesale pricing that you get when you are a Young Living Member. See this post to become a Member
Basically everything I’m recommending for teachers contains Thieves. We know how germs get passed around the classrooms so easily and Thieves is amazing for immune support. Read more about Thieves here.
Thieves Household Cleaner $22. Gift this with a $1 spray bottle form the dollar store or if you want to be fancy you can get this glass bottle from Amazon. This is awesome because he/she can use this to clean the classroom without the use of the toxic chemicals in traditional cleaners.
Thieves Spray (3 pack) $23.95. How convenient are these? Your teacher can spray down her keyboard, cell phone, or even her hands before reaching for that afternoon snack between classes. Small enough to store in desk drawers or a purse, but powerful enough to clean surfaces quickly.
Thieves Hand Purifier $26.75. We’ve all seen the bottles of alcohol filled hand sanitizers in our kids’ classrooms. Help your child’s teacher eliminate those toxins and endocrine disrupting chemicals from the classroom and from the reach of your child by replacing it with this plant based hand purifier. It smells great too.
Thieves Essential Oil 15ml $33.75. There are so many options with this one. You can make your teachers each a roller bottle with 15 drops Thieves Essential Oil and fill the rest of the way with a carrier oil with a little card explaining how to use it for a daily immune boost. You can gift your teacher a diffuser to diffuse the Thieves in (I have only used the Young Living diffusers so cannot recommend another that works as well, with the year warranty). There are many Young Living diffuser options to chose from, the most economical starting at $63.75
Our yoga friends love to breathe in deeply. What a better way to do that than by breathing in essential oils and imagining all the molecules entering your body with each breath taken. There are a bunch of essential oils to chose for this but here are my favorites.

Man of Your Life
Sometimes, the most tricky people to buy gifts for can be the men in our lives. I know this is very true for me. Here are a few great ideas that any man in your life should enjoy.
Idaho Blue Spruce Essential Oil $28.50 – This essential oil has a great evergreen aroma that will remind any man of the outdoors. He will enjoy diffusing this or even placing a few drops on cotton balls and stashing in random places throughout his home or car for a great “manly” scent.
Northern Lights Black Spruce Essential Oil $46.25 – This essential oil has a great woodsy, rich aroma that is very invigorating. Again, it is great diffused or placed on cotton balls for a great “manly” scent.
Active & Fit Kit $85 – This kit is great for any man, whether he is outdoorsy or not. It comes with 5 essential oils (Deep Relief, R.C., Thieves, Copaiba, and Peppermint) along with Cool Azul Sports Gel, 3 aroma fitments, and a manly carrying bag.
We all know a tired mama or two or three or 12. Any mom would appreciate some relief and relaxation, I am sure! Here are some great ways to spoil your mama friends.
Lavender Essential Oil $23.50 – Again, this is a super calming and relaxing oil that your tired mama friend can not only use to help her sleep better but to use to help her kiddos sleep better as well. Win-win! Read more about Lavender Essential Oil here.
Stress Away Essential Oil $29.75 – Let’s face it. She’s a mom. She is stressed. She needs this. Fact. This oil is a calming blend of several essential oils that promotes feelings of calmness. This is amazing diffused (try it with Lavender!) or worn as a perfume. She can also add this to her nighttime bath. I’ve diffused this many times with Lavender and Lime with a glass of wine in my hand. Enough said.
Vetiver Essential Oil $20.75 – I don’t know why more people (I’m talking to you mamas) don’t have this in their oil stash. This is one of my all time favorites for relaxation and sleep. It is warm and woodsy and has an uplifting and relaxing scent all in one.
Bath Bomb Relaxation Set $63 – This set comes with both Lavender and Stress Away Bath Bombs and a cute bath pillow. Any mom would enjoy tossing one of these into a bath, after the kids go to bed, and relax the night away.
Got a friend who loves to hit the gym? Or even those at home work outs? Here are some great gift ideas for them!

Deep Relief Roll On $26.75, Cool Azul Pain Relief Cream $42.75, and Cool Azul Sports Gel $39.75 are all fantastic options for when those workouts may have been a bit too much on the muscles and joints.
Grandmothers, they sure have seen a lot and been through a lot. They deserve some relaxation, and some self care items for sure! Here are some great essential oils and products that your grandmother can use to pamper herself.
Lavender Essential Oil $23.50 – I talk about this a lot because it is an amazing oil and one of the most popular ones. This is a gentle oil that your grandmother can use on her skin, in the bath, and diffuse. Any of these options will be great for a relaxing night for her. Read more about Lavender Essential Oil here.
Frankincense Essential Oil $73.50 – This is another essential oil that I mention several times because it’s just that amazing. Your grandmother will love the grounding, and spiritual elements of this amazing oil. If she just wants to breathe it in and relax or use it in a lotion to help the appearance of her skin, she will be thrilled with the thought of using this oil that dates back to biblical times.
ART Skincare System $109.75 – Treat your grandmother to this amazing skincare system where she can moisturize, tone and cleanse her skin without the toxic chemicals that are found in most skincare items these days.
Wolfberry Eye Cream $42.65 – Wolfberry seed oil is awesome for its antiaging and skin smoothing properties. It helps to smooth skin and reduce the appearance of fine lines.
Now, I don’t have a sister, but I think it would be fun if I did. 4 brothers over here. BUT if I did have a sister, I’d get her some of these!
Premium Starter Kit $160 – This is, in my opinion, the best one of the gifts I have mentioned. And maybe I’m strange because I’m recommending it for a relative that does not exist in my life, but this is what my heart tells me I would get for my sister if I had one. The Premium Starter kit has 11 different oils and a diffuser along with a bunch of other samples and oil info. It is hands down the very best way to get started in essential oils. I have 3 girls and would love if one of them would gift this to one of their sisters. If you are already a member you can go ahead and order one, if you are not, click here to learn how to become a member and get one for your sister (and probably yourself too!)
Clary Sage Essential Oil $47.50 – I was fortunate enough to be able to visit the Young Living Lavender Farm in Mona, UT when they were distilling Clary Sage. We had taken a road trip and stopped there on our way to Yellowstone. The aroma of Clary Sage was very prominent and it was amazing because there were 8 of us crammed into the RV we were traveling in, so I can speak first hand as to how calming and relaxing this essential oil is.
Yep, there are even neat gifts for kids that allows them to benefit from essential oils.
Diffusers $91.75 – There are three kid themed diffusers you can chose from. These are great additions to any childs bedroom. You can chose from the Sundance, Dolphin Reef, or Dino diffusers. Such super cute ways to diffuse essential oils in kids rooms.
Fun & Focus AromaSpinner Set $52.75 – Say what?! An essential oil fidgit spinner!! Yep! And this one comes with the GeneYus Essential Oil blend. Keep their hands busy why they are spinning an essential oil that promotes focus. I’m sure we all know a kid or two that would enjoy this!
Did you know there is a toxic free makeup line from Young Living? It’s pretty rad. Awesome mineral based makeup that’s comparably priced to other popular make up lines.
Savvy Minerals Holiday Collection $140 – This makeup collection contains 4 different eye shadows, lip gloss, and a makeup brush in a classy clutch
Lip Gloss $27.50 – Four options of lip gloss colors to chose from here. This does not contain parabens, pthalates, petrochemicals, bismuth, talc, synthetic fragrances or synthetic colors. It does contain therapudic grade essential oils, however.
Essential Brush Set $85 – The brush set contains 5 brushes (foundation, blush, veil, blending, and eyeshadow) all in a cute carrying case.
I do have one other awesome idea for you! If you plan on purchasing/gifting multiple essential oil gifts, a great way to save some money is to purchase the Premium Starter Kit and divide it up as gifts. For example, you could make Immunity roller bottles, Night Time roller bottles, Chill Out (stress relief) roller bottles, etc with the oils that come in the kit. Those all make amazing gifts. Then you can keep the diffuser for yourself haha! Or gift the diffuser to someone you really care about. Since it comes with 11 bottles of oils you can even gift the individual bottles. This is such an amazing gift that everyone would love to have. Grab the 10ml roller bottles here and this is where I get my labels.
Well there ya have it! Some of my favorite gifts for the essential oil lovers in your life!! Feel free to comment if you have any questions or would like more suggestions.
